The staff was incredibly nice and pleasant. We liked the spotless room with TV and 2 queen beds. The bathroom with a shower, hairdryer, and bath sheets was a plus.

The bathroom had not been cleaned. There were no towels in the room. I asked for a room change and was told the room was OK.

everything was nice except the bottom of the bathtub was just a little rough and so was to bottom of the pool .

The staff were accommodating. The room was great-sized and updated with internet and 2 queen beds. A microwave, coffee/tea making equipment, and a fridge were provided if needed. Its location was quiet right off the freeway.

Here, I enjoyed a spacious and modern room equipped with a microwave and two comfortable queen beds, and the area was peaceful and conveniently close to all the places I wanted to visit.

The unit was off when we got to the room which made for a very muggy atmosphere the first 90 minutes

The air conditioners may need to be serviced. Compressor froze up several times which caused the air to not blow cold.

The location here is great, situated in a quiet area near parking, the interstate, and a station, and the queen room comes equipped with a microwave oven.

Douglasville was a great location, and the hotel's proximity to the highway made it convenient. the staff members were very friendly, and the check-in process was fast. the hotel's peaceful setting near stores, restaurants, and a station was favorable. Additionally, the hotel's location just a 20-minute drive from Deer Lick Park was a plus.

The price for the room and location was good.

The bathroom ceiling was peeling and very small. You could barely get pass toilet to door. The rooms are too small.

The hotel is conveniently located near numerous shopping malls, making it convenient for guests to go shopping during their stay. Additionally, the hotel has shower walls, which adds a touch of elegance to the bathrooms. The rooms also come with a storage shed for guests to conveniently store their belongings. All in all, for the rate, location, and accommodations, we would definitely stay here again.

There have been some complaints about the cleanliness of the rooms and the attitude of the staff.

My queen room was good sized with 2 queen beds. The pool area was very clean and the location was favourable and peaceful, just next door to the expressway, the interstate and high school, and stores and restaurants. It also was right by the highway.
